RETURN POLICY&REFUND POLICY
IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU’RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR TYNT PRODUCTS.
If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorisation only. To receive an authorisation number, please complete return request form within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, un deliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers’ error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
We accept returns for up to 7 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached.. We will not be able to accept returns on purchases if the tags or hygienic strips have been removed.
When returning branded items, return items must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s box, then inside of a separate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer’s box, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Return faulty or incorrect items to us for either a refund or replacement goods, whichever you prefer; if a refund is requested, we will also refund the original delivery charge. Replacement goods are posted free.
To exchange items, you must return the item and purchase a new one. If you have any questions just contact us, we’ll be glad to assist.
